killed Wednesday by the Palestinian Authority (PA) forces, on Sunday afternoon.
According to the committee’s coordinator, Nasr Abu Jeish, a meeting held on Saturday evening culminated in an agreement to hold Dhiaa’s funeral on Sunday.
The meeting was attended by Nablus Governor, local security officers, and representatives of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC), along with Dhiaa’s family members.
“We agreed on a number of positive steps, including the need to preserve Dhiaa’s personal and humanitarian rights and to form an investigation committee to probe into the murder,” added Abu Jeish.
He hailed the Marshoud family members for their strong sense of patriotism and called for mass participation in Dhiaa’s funeral procession, set to kick off from outside the Rafidia Hospital in Nablus.
