Israeli-court-allows-Palestinian-participation-in-autopsy-of-Hamduna According to the Palestinian commission for detainees’ and ex-detainees’ affairs, the Israeli magistrate court in Beersheba city allowed the body of Hamduna to be examined at the Abu Kabir forensic institute in Tel Aviv in the presence of two Palestinian doctors.
The commission stated that Hamduna had suffered from heart problems over many years without having been provided with appropriate medical care, expressing its belief that the prisoner was exposed to deliberate medical neglect.
Afterwards, the body will be handed over to his family in Jenin for burial.
